Tim and Josie Moreno serves as President/CEO and Bilingual Consultant. Tim and Josie provides excellent consulting services in both English and Spanish languages and specializes in Hands On Property Maintenance, Project Management and Customer Service. Tim and josie holds a Bachelors degree from CSU Bakersfield and Chapman University and has over 20 years in Property Maintenance/Project Management/Customer Service.

The firm was founded specifically with other Private Property Owners/Landlords/Investors in mind who want to tackle the task of managing and maintaining their properties without the expensive cost of hiring a Property Management Company. PASA, for short, is based in Bakersfield, California, and focuses on servicing clients in Kern County and surrounding areas.
